What to Submit
To receive your certificate, submit all four deliverables through the portal before the deadline.

Working Agent Prototype
A link to your GitHub repository or a ZIP file containing all project files. The prototype must be runnable — include a README with setup instructions.

Demo Recording
A 2–5 minute screen recording showing the agent working with real input. Upload to YouTube (unlisted) or Google Drive and include the link.

Project README
The six-section README completed during Phases 2 and 3. Minimum 400 words. Include your edge case test results.

Ethics Review
The four-dimension ethics review. This is assessed separately from the README — submit it as a standalone section or document.

How to Submit Your Project
To complete the course, upload your project to GitHub and share the link in your final submission. Create your own repository and share the link — this keeps your work in your own GitHub profile, which is more useful for your portfolio than a shared folder.

Create a free GitHub account at github.com if you do not have one

Create a new repository — name it after your project (e.g. flu-sentinel-agent)

Upload your project files using the method for your track above

Make sure README.md and ethics-review.md are in the root of your repository

Copy your repository URL (e.g. github.com/yourname/flu-sentinel-agent)

Paste the link in your final submission form — that is all that is required

Uploading to GitHub is not just a submission requirement — it is your first act as an open-source contributor. Your project will be publicly visible to the bioERGOtech network and anyone who reviews your profile for university or employment.
